Our annual CROP Walk will take place – in-person – this year on October 30th from 10:00AM- 2:00PM. We will begin at Temple Beth-El, 118 S Grand Ave, Poughkeepsie, NY. People can start walking anytime between 10 AM and 2 PM. At noon we will have a celebration gathering for those who are done walking or beginning to walk in the Temple parking lot.
Our goal this year is to raise over $60,000. We need the help of everyone who is concerned about hunger in our area and around the world to do that. Our local money goes to Dutchess Outreach, the Fishkill Food Bank, Beulah Baptist Food Pantry, Community Action Partnership and St. Paul’s Food Pantry. CWS is on the front lines nationally and internationally in making sure that resources are used well to address hunger issues.
